Fan Boxes vs Add-Ons?
We had some questions about what exactly is the difference between the unlocked Fan Box items and our Add-Ons! To recap: Fan Boxes are team goals that, once hit, unlock the box and kicks off voting. The most popular Fan Box reward gets applied for free, automatically, to the item or tier(s) selected. So these are pure bonus for backers--you worked hard to unlock these rewards, so enjoy them!
Add-ons are completely optional items that you can add to your reward. Not all of these add-ons are going to be to everyone's liking... for example, you might be a pure book-reader, or a sticker enthusiast, or maybe you just wanted a simple bookmark. No pressure! Just add whatever you want while the campaign is running. Most of these items ARE limited to this campaign, though, so we lied; just a little pressure.
Another fun fact: Adding add-on items to your order will extend a Backer Train. A Backer Train is created when a continuous line of unbroken backers makes a pledge to the campaign. This info might come in handy in the case of our next Fan Box that relies on Overtime Mode: the Legenda--
