Zogarth has been hard at work over the past few weeks signing the foiled bound-in pages. Once they're sent back to the US, they will be individually numbered and bound into the books from the Primordial God tier.
Speaking of books, the Collector's Edition books were also recently sent to print, so we're just waiting to have them completely finished to begin the last step of production on the box set, which is the slipcase itself. Fun fact: to make sure that the books slide in and out of the box being too tight or too loose, all book printing must be 100% complete so we can ensure a perfect fit.
With production proceeding on schedule and final orders from the store locked in, we are expecting to achieve and beat our original fulfillment goal of Spring 2027 by getting all rewards shipped in the next few months.
🔔 LAST CALL! THE PRIMAL HUNTER PLEDGE MANAGER CLOSES SEPTEMBER 30!
The Primal Hunter: Deluxe Collector's Box Set Pledge Manager is Closing!
We are finally moving towards fulfillment which means it's almost time to close the pledge manager! You have just one month left to review and finalize your order before we close the pledge manager on September 30.
Please take a moment to log in and make sure everything is correct:
Confirm your tier selection and add-ons
Complete your pledge if you still have an outstanding balance
Verify your information and make any final changes
After the pledge manager closes on September 30, we may not be able to accommodate late changes, so it's important to make sure everything looks correct now!
The Backers-Only Primal Hunter Merch store will also be closing, so grab up any last minute goodies while you can. The link is below.
Thank you so much for bringing this project to life! We're so excited to get these shipped out and into your hands!
This month, the book volumes enter the final phase of polish before they go to print. In case it hasn't yet been mentioned, these deluxe editions were designed by Adam Cahoon (the designer and illustrator behind the recent Aethon: Vault hardcover release of He Who Fights with Monsters) and feature Adam's new chapter header art (check out the sample images below).
📖 Notebooks in the Works
One of the rewards we're most excited about, the notebooks with the custom emblem, are also gearing up for production. We've found a producer and we're awaiting a sample so we can confirm the quality meets our requirements and expectations.
✍️ Primordial God Coolness Upgrade
For our lucky Primordial God tier backers, we bumped up the coolness factor a little bit: Zogarth's numbered signing pages have been upgraded to include gold foil elements for an ultra-premium look.
📆 Timeline Update
Currently, we're on track for our estimates of Fall - Winter 2026/27 completion of all item production and arrival to the fulfillment warehouse, and currently skewing towards fall, and we'll continue to keep you updated on developments!
Hey there, Hunters! We've got a quick Primal Hunter update for you to close out the month of May!
📦 Production Update
Manufacturing is underway and everything looks to be moving smoothly so far! We're in the process of finalizing one of the most important elements of this project: the bound tip-in pages with Zogarth's signature.
We also received an update that the best birb plushie, Sylphie, will be headed our way in late-July/early-August.
It's super exciting, seeing everything come together!
🛍️ Backer Merch Store - Closing Soon!
If there's anything in the Backers-only exclusive merch store that you have been waffling on, now is the time to put in your order. We'll be closing the store once the project is fulfilled and would hate to see you miss out on anything that's been calling to you.
Some backers have already gotten their merch, and we've heard nothing but good things about the quality. Here's a few reviews:
We reached out to Stoyan so we could add a few photos of their merch haul, and they added: "I’m wearing mine almost everyday haha. The lighting in my room is not very good so the clothes look yellowish but they are actually bright white which is making crazy good contrast with the gold letters."
Here are those photos:
Once the merch store closes, it won't be coming back. So don't delay! The link is below in the Backer's-only content :)
Once again, thank you so much for your support, and follow the Vault BackerKit account to keep apprised of other projects we have coming up! We'll talk to you soon when we have more updates!
Just wanted to drop a quick note about those surveys we mentioned in our last update: The smoke test has been completed and surveys have now been sent. Hooray! 🎉🎉🎉
Give your email a good look through to find the survey and follow the prompts. This is how we collect information like your shipping address, confirm your pledge, and allow you to make adjustments on your end.
Did you choose Pay Over Time?
If you chose Pay Over Time for your payment, you'll receive your survey once your final payment has been received!
And then, just a quick plug about the upcoming Webtoon graphic novel series, coming out with Vol. 1 very soon: The Primal Hunter. Because, well, it's The Primal Hunter. We'd be remiss if we didn't make sure you knew all about this. Preordering gets you some free stickers and emotes, too.
That's all for now! We'll keep in touch as we have more updates for you!
🏹 Smoke Tests, Late Pledge Store, and Sylphie Plushie
I've got a nice chonky update for you today! Here's a quick summary in case you prefer to skim:
⭐ Smoke Tests are going out TODAY! ⭐ Late Pledge store is live now! ⭐ Limited quantity of Sylphie plushies! ⭐ The Primal Hunter Backers Only Merch Store will close after fulfillment!
🚨 SMOKE TESTS
We've been working our butts off to get the Primal Hunter survey put together. This is such an important part of crowdfunding: it's how we collect information like your shipping address, confirm your pledge, and allow you to make adjustments on your end.
A smoke test sends this survey to a small percentage of backers first, allowing us to make sure that everything is working correctly before sending it to everyone. All you have to do is keep an eye on your email and follow the prompts.
If you are in that initial small percentage, it's essential that you complete the survey as quickly as possible. We can't send the survey to everyone else until the smoke test is completed, so please take a moment to fill it out. Thank you thank you thank you!
If you have any problems with your survey, email us at [email protected]!
🚨 LATE PLEDGE STORE IS LIVE NOW!
Huzzah! So exciting! The preorder store is finally live and you can view it here: https://primal-hunter.backerkit.com/hosted_preorders
This is your last chance to get your loot if you missed it during the campaign. You can get your deluxe box set, exclusive merch, and other rewards there.
Fair warning: The number of Sylphie plushies is very limited, so if you missed it during the campaign, jump into the late pledge store and add it on before they are all gone.

🚨 The Primal Hunter Backers Only Merch Store
The Backers only merch store will not be open forever! We'll likely be closing it after the campaign is fulfilled. A few quick reminders, but pay special attention to the graphic variants note:
Graphic Variants: Some apparel items have multiple graphic designs that aren’t visible from the initial product thumbnail. To see all options, click into the product and select a gender/size option. This will reveal all the available designs for that style.
Decoration Details: Each product description lists its decoration method (screen printed or embroidered). If you have a favorite look or texture, double-check that before you add it to your cart.

I was wondering if theres a current estimate for when orders will lock and we can pay shipping etc?
It will likely be addressed by an update, but im a Curious George!
