For this campaign you will able to complete your survey any point until September 10th. On September 10th I will close all surveys and if you have not filled out a survey by this date, your pledge and any other campaign items will be forfeit. Please pay attention to emails and updates to make sure you fill out your survey in time.

There will be no refunds or exchanges after your survey is locked, which will be soon after survey completion. If your order damaged in the mail, keep damaged package for photos and contact me within 60 days of delivery (you may not be able receive replacement items for damaged packages after longer than this) and I will send you the same items you ordered after package insurance goes through (can take 1-2 weeks to process) If you believe your order is lost in the mail, please give the package at least 2 weeks for arrival, and if possible request a check with your local post office from usps (or your local mail service) first. A missing mail request can be sent 2 weeks after item is sent out, and if items are not found your missing items will be replaced after insurance goes through for the package. Missing package claims must be requested within 60 days of sent date, or 90 days for international mail.

Shipping is not included with the pledge and will instead be collected soon after surveys are locked. You will also be charged for any add-ons that you chose during the survey when this happens.

BackerKit Crowdfunding is an all-or-nothing collaborative funding platform. Creators share their project ideas and set a funding goal with a deadline. Backers pledge money to help make the project possible.

If the project meets its goal by the deadline, pledges are charged and the creator moves forward. If it doesn’t, no one is charged.

Pledging in crowdfunding is a commitment to support the creation of a new product or project. Unlike a traditional purchase, you're not buying an item that already exists. Instead, your contribution helps bring a creative idea to life, and in return, you typically receive rewards (such as the product itself) as a thank you for your early support.

After the campaign ends, you'll receive a survey to pay for any applicable shipping fees, calculated based on your shipping address.

Only the project creator and the BackerKit Support Team can see your pledge and contact information. Other backers and the public cannot see your individual pledge amount or personal details.

You can change or adjust your pledge level and add-ons before the campaign ends. After the project concludes, cancellations or changes are at the creator's discretion and may depend on what stage the project is in.

Overtime Mode extends your campaign past its original end time to give backers a final chance to make their pledge. It will add an additional 10 minutes past the end time as long as pledges keep coming in. The campaign will end when there is a 10-minute period without any new pledges.
