If you are pay over time, you will get your survey when you have finished payments! I always order extra so please do not worry that you won't be able to get the ones you wanted :)
I thought I had updated it at the end of the campaign, but it appears not to have been updated. I apologize deeply for that, and have slightly adjusted the timeline due to this.

When Will I Get My Survey?
Surveys are set to be sent out next week. If you don't see it, make sure to check your spam folder. You can also see your due surveys under your icon like this:
When Are The Survey Due Dates?
The cut-off for surveys will be two weeks. However, completing it sooner helps me make sure I have enough of everything ordered, as well as not having to worry that it might be forgotten about it. Once surveys are closed, late surveys will not be accepted, and your pledge will be considered a donation to the project instead!
What If I Don't Complete The Survey In Time? Late surveys will not be honored, and your pledge will be considered a donation to the project, so complete them ASAP.
Why Do I Need To Pay Again?
This is to pay for postage at that point. All rewards are shipped with tracking, so you'll receive your tracking information from Pirateship or whatever shipping platform I use. Additionally, you will be charged for any add-ons you have selected! :)
Can I still make Add-Ons?
Yes, during the survey, you will have the option to add more items.
What about other missing villains?
My goal is to run this next year with even more villains!
With the end of the campaign one thing had weighed heavy on me. The collab pin on my side felt so incomplete, compared to the others of this collection. So I made a small change to it that I feel helps it feel more about Captain Hook!

New Brew:
As promised, the winner of round 4 was Loki!
The TVA: I went back and forth deciding if it should be added, but honestly, since it was the same actor and follows an alternate timeline of "our" Loki (Who met his own heroic end), paired to celebrate him and all his variants showcased in his own series, it was included.
Design Changes:
Minor design changes. With the increase in shipping costs, I decided to cut back on screen printing on many of the designs to prevent not being able to do more designs. It is difficult to make sense of an extra $50 cost per design production for the small highlights on every design. So this area will be changed to lined metal instead. The change is minor, but I feel it is my responsibility as the artist to be honest and upfront.
New Tier:
A new 10-pack tier has been added to celebrate all the pins we've unlocked!
Pay Over Time:
Pay Over Time is available to any backer who spends at least $150, and allows them to pay their balance over four monthly payments. Once your payments are completed, you will get surveys. Extra stock is always ordered so these backers will not have a reduction in choices for surveys!
