It's been longer than I'd hoped, but your wait is almost over! That's a picture of my car parked outside my local post office, taken just before I walked inside said establishment and shipped all the domestic orders. Everything has been shipped via Media Mail, so there is no tracking, but expect your books to arrive within the next two weeks.
International backers, I'll be sending yours out in a separate wave (I need to package them differently).

The final books have (finally) arrived, and I'm almost ready to ship - just waiting on the mailers, which should arrive sometime this week. I'm hopeful to start shipping books out to you all either by the end of the week or over the weekend.
One unexpected bonus of MG2e's page layout is the visuals on the page ends. I'm really happy with how these turned out, and I'll be placing the final order of all the books tomorrow! We are one gigantic step closer to getting the book into y'all's hands!
Once the books arrive, I'll lock everyone's addresses in order to start fulfillment.
MONSTER GUTS 2e Game Jam Update
In other news, the MONSTER GUTS 2e game jam has 3 submissions so far, each of which expand the game in exciting ways, whether by adding new monsters, nuisances, encounters, or even an entirely new Hunting Zone! Check it out!
The jam ends in 16 days, which is just enough time to dream up a monster or three.
The proof copy of MG2e just arrived on my doorstep!
It's a very exciting day! We are one step closer to getting the book into your paws!
That said, I'm not fully satisfied with the proof, so I'm going to try a slightly different configuration to make sure the book has all the punch I want it to have. I expect to have that proof sometime in the next few weeks, and I'll post another update (and more pictures) then!
In the meantime, have you thought about the MONSTER GUTS 2e game jam? It's an open invitation to anyone to make something for MONSTER GUTS 2e and share it with other MG2e fans. You could make a new monster, Hunting Zone, weapon, or anything else you can think of! There's a bit over a month left in the jam, and I'd love to see what you come up with.
I'm reaching out today to let you all know that I've ordered a proof copy of MG2e from the printer. This lets me look through the book and make sure everything passes muster before I pay for the full book order. I should receive my proof copy towards the end of the month, and I'll let you all know when it arrives (with pictures, too!).

A game jam is an opportunity for folks to make their own game-related content and share it with other fans, whether that's artwork, new monsters, weapons, Hunting Zones, or anything else.
