I’m Winterra, I’m an ecologist and full-time artist! My main passion is working to improve human/environmental/wildlife relations and finding solutions that benefit the environment and humans! (Like precision farming equipment). However, you aren’t here for all that technical stuff! 

I’ve had the honor of fulfilling over 2760 crowdfunding orders over 18 projects across Backerkit and Kickstarter! This time I’ll be doing a smaller campaign due to some chronic health conditions and wanting to make sure I do right by y’all! I will be bringing back the old ensemble pins! I hope you all love the pins!

Conservation and giving back to the world are very important to me. As such, Forgotten Forest dedicates a premium pin to help raise funds for different wildlife and conservation based charities.

This year the charity is the Jane Goodall Foundation. In honor of this incredible woman and to support the research she dedicated her life to. She passed away in October of 2025 but her legacy and kindness lives on.

How it works:
$2 from every Fennec Fox purchase will go towards the Jane Goodall Foundation. Donations will be processed either as direct donations or via symbolically adopting an animal in their care.

All shipping will be collected after the Kickstarter ends via Backerkit’s survey based on the total weight of the order. The larger your order the more expensive shipping may be. Generally 3 normal pins will qualify for the lowest shipping cost. (Sometimes 4/5 depending on their final weight) 

Estimated shipping for <4 pin orders:

United States: $5.25-$6.50

Canada & Mexico: $16-17
UK: $17-$19
Australia & New Zealand: $20-24

Everywhere else: $19-$20

You are responsible for any tariffs and import restrictions! You have to monitor your inbox to pay for your tariffs or else they will be returned to me (which can take 1-5 months) and you will need to pay for shipping again.
