I have run many successful crowdfunding campaigns to produce fine new editions of my books, and I have extra copies. These books are all finished and available right now, and I will sign and send them very shortly after the campaign ends and surveys are completed—you should have them in time for Christmas!  I will even personalize the copies, which you can specify in the survey.
