Fulfilment Delays
Dear Supporters,
On Dark Day, the world learned that not all changes are visible at first—and fulfillment has faced a few unseen obstacles of its own. We sincerely apologize for the delays in delivering your rewards!
Rest assured: this project has not vanished into the Nightlands. Work continues, care is being taken, and every reward is still being prepared with the intention and quality it deserves. Just as the Nightbane themselves persevere against overwhelming odds, we remain committed to seeing this through to completion.
We truly appreciate your patience and your belief in Nightbane. Just as its heroes persist when the world grows darker, we remain committed to seeing this project through.

Project Update: Fulfillment of your rewards has started!
Hello everyone! First, thank you all for supporting the AudioRPG Nightbane: Through the Glass Darkly campaign. This is an announcement to let everyone know that delivery of your rewards has begun!
Please keep an eye out for an email from AudioRPG in your BackerKit email account with instructions on how to receive your AudioBooks and access your PDFs.
As a reminder, to get your digital rewards you will need to log into your AudioRPG account at http://audiorpg.net/account/login. If you haven’t created an account yet, you will need to make one using the email that you provided during the survey. Your digital rewards will be delivered to that account.

Orders Locking NOW! Next steps: Charging Cards + Locking Addresses
Hello everyone. You should have received an email notifying you that orders are being locked in!
Things are going to begin moving quickly now. After orders are locked this week, I will be charging cards (for additional items added in the survey) and then Locking in addresses for pledges with physical items. For pledges without physical items, we will begin fulfillment after the US Thanksgiving holiday.
Fulfillment should be started by the end of this month!
Thank you all for your support, I will be answering any questions that may arise on our customer service email: [email protected], and checking for comments.

Only 3 days Remaining! Audio Sample + Add Ons
Hello everyone! At the time of writing this update, we have just under 3 days remaining in the campaign.
First, thank you all for your continued support of AudioRPG products (and welcome to everyone joining for the first time)! We expect to get surveys out to you early next week!
I have two quick updates for you all:
1. We added Audiobook only add-ons. We received a request for only the Audiobook, so this is now an option!
2. We wanted to share a sample of the audio: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/7KU8l9MOVWw, I can't embed YT shorts, but here's a picture to go along with the above link:

19 Days since last update, fulfillment advised as the 5th of December and there has been no further correspondence or status update. There is no Digital Delivery to my account at AudioRPG, as this is the 2nd time Palladium has run this campaign I would expect they are clear on the need to keep the backers current on where their purchases are. Not good enough, if you can't manage xmas work volumes and deliver on these standup Projects when things are busy don't release them to correspond with peak purchasing times. Please provide an update immediately, our frustration is not unreasonable.
