Stories of the Slip will not have any stretch goals. Keeping things simple in this campaign will make this project more predictable and reduce the overall process timeline.

Because I will be handling fulfillment out of my basement (like the first Cloud Empress Campaign), keeping the overall pledge number to 1000 ensures I can deliver the project on time.

Because all physical items will be limited edition, PDFs for all campaign content will be released for free on DriveThruRPG in 9-12 months.

Stories of the Slip will not be reprinted for at least 5 years (if ever). My intention is to keep Stories of the Slip and Cloud Empress Almanac releases as promotional items that reward collectors and our supporters.

Stories of the Slip will use a pledge manager to charge final shipping costs. Depending on the availability of the limited pledge quantities, pre-orders may be available for $33 between the close of the campaign and project fulfillment. Stories of the Slip will not be available after fulfillment except as promotional items like giveaways at events.

Unfortunately, I won't be able to combine the fulfillment of both Stories From the Slip and Cloud Empress Life & Death. Stories of the Slip should ship a few months earlier using an entirely different fulfillment process (DIY vs fulfillment center).

BackerKit Crowdfunding is an all-or-nothing collaborative funding platform. Creators share their project ideas and set a funding goal with a deadline. Backers pledge money to help make the project possible.

If the project meets its goal by the deadline, pledges are charged and the creator moves forward. If it doesn’t, no one is charged.

Only the project creator and the BackerKit Support Team can see your pledge and contact information. Other backers and the public cannot see your individual pledge amount or personal details.

You can change or adjust your pledge level and add-ons before the campaign ends. After the project concludes, cancellations or changes are at the creator's discretion and may depend on what stage the project is in.

Overtime Mode extends your campaign past its original end time to give backers a final chance to make their pledge. It will add an additional 10 minutes past the end time as long as pledges keep coming in. The campaign will end when there is a 10-minute period without any new pledges.
