Each deck transports you to a different realm in the Wyrdwarp Cryptid Multiverse! The Core Set contains four complete 50-card decks, each with its own unique cryptid theme and playstyle:
Eldritch Dreams: Command monstrous cryptid minions and wield necromantic powers from a realm of Eldritch Horrors!
Galactic Visions: Conjure ancient otherworldy cryptids, Alien monks, and warp the fabric of space-time with galactic premonitions!
Digital Distopia: Summon nano-tech infused holographic construct cryptids from outside the realm of matter in the ruins of a Digital Wasteland!
Noxious Naturae: Call upon the protection of floral knights, plant-themed cryptids and the primordial magic within the forests of the Nature Realm!
How To Play
Win with foresight and cunning in a series of best two-out-of-three strategic showdowns. With no mana mechanics and limited card draw, your only resources are the cards in your hand at the start of each battle and your strategic brilliance.
1. Card Draw
Draw cards at the start of each battle.
On turn 1, discard cards to Purgatory to redraw equivalent new cards.
2. On Your Turn
Cast one card from your hand.
Activate attacks or other abilities of any Cryptids or Wonders you control.
The Battlefield
Utilize tactical movement, card placement, attack ranges, defensive abilities, combos and other strategic variables to dominate your opponent.
Win Condition
Finish a battle with a higher total Might Score on your side of the battlefield to emerge victorious. The first player to win two battles wins the match!
Hold'em or Fold'em?
Unplayed cards carry over into the next battle. Do you up the ante early and play your full hand? Or do you fold and save your remaining cards for the battles ahead?
