Last Pin Arrived! + Fixing Issues with Tariff Overcharge
The last design is finally in! I will be grading these and packaging orders to go out early next week. See below for a sneak peek:
There is something else I would like to address regarding tariff charges - it has come to my attention that many of you may have been overcharged. The correct tariff fee is 20%. You may have been charged for more if you qualified for either (or both) of the freebie pins as a customs value was written on it prior to charging the cards. I will be manually refunding everyone affected over the next two days! I apologize for not catching this sooner, and the amount will be refunded to your card within 5-10 business days. Once that has been taken care of, I will be working on packages over the weekend and hopefully dropping them off Monday or Tuesday. You should get an email with your tracking number once it's ready to go out.
The final pins has been completed and the package should be arriving tomorrow! While I don't have any photos right now, they are finished and I'll be ready to start shipping out packages this week. I will send out another update with a photo of the pin once I get them in hand.
Note for USA backers: A 20% tariff fee will be charged on top of your order. All packages will be shipped with DDP (delivery duties paid) and no additional charges will be occurred at the time of delivery. This charge should go through on your card sometime tomorrow.
If you have any last minute address changes, please make sure to update them now! Once the packages have gone out, I will no longer be able to make any changes.
I wanted to give an update as my manufacturer is a little swamped at the moment! We are still just waiting on the Porcelain dragon pin to finish production, and they estimate to have this done by July 22nd the latest. Between then and the end of July, I will try my best to have all packages out. I will be busier in August, so any stray/outstanding packages will be shipped out early September.
I apologize for the delay on these pins! I've been asking for updates here and there without rushing to compromise quality. As soon as I get any further update on the last pin, there will be another update regarding shipping.
Most of the pins are finished production - we are just waiting on the Porcelain Dragon to finish up! I estimate it should be done by the end of this month. Here are some preview photos of the other designs:
