Most of the pledges with finished surveys were shipped today! You should have received your tracking numbers over the weekend. Please allow 1-2 days for a tracking alert since it might not update until it's scanned at the processing hub. If you ordered 4 or more plush, they'll be shipping this Friday since I needed to order bigger boxes :3

FOR UNANSWERED SURVEYS: The deadline for completing your survey and successfully paying your shipping cost is September 17th at 11:59PM CST. After that, I will cancel and refund your pledge. Please fill out your surveys so I can get your rewards sent out!

FOR FAILED PLEDGE PAYMENTS: If there is no successful payment by September 17th at 11:59PM CST, your pledge will be considered abandoned and will be canceled. Please refer to this Backerkit support article on how to fix problems with your payment method.

Thank you all so much for your support during the sale!! Surveys have started rolling out ahead of schedule!

Once you submit your survey, you will be charged for any survey add-ons & your shipping cost within 24 hours! (Your $1 shipping credit has already been applied!)
Make sure your address is correct as well, since those will also be locked upon survey completion to get your Patchkins shipped out ASAP!

I'll post another update/warning as needed if there are survey stragglers, since I want to get these sent out ASAP so I can set up my regular shop with the leftovers.

Thanks so much for your support on the garage sale! We're ending tomorrow, but things will work pretty differently from usual crowdfunding projects. So here's what to expect after the sale ends:


The sale ends on Thursday, September 3rd at 7PM CST and your pledge will be charged.
Once it ends, Backerkit typically charges payment methods within 24-72 hours. I do not offer refunds, so be sure to adjust or cancel your pledge before then!

What if my payment fails?

If this happens, you will receive an email from Backerkit informing you of the failure with instructions on how to fix it. Backerkit will attempt to recharge your payment method ~7 days after the initial charge.

I won't be blocking non-paying backers this time around since it's not a true crowdfunding for production purposes. You just won't receive your pledge.

Backerkit will send out surveys via email around Sept 8th (some of you may get them a day or two before this to help me discover any issues or errors). This is where you’ll be able to see any freebies you qualify for, confirm your pledge rewards, and fill out your address.

The Patchkins Garage Sale launches TOMORROW at 11AM CST and will be live for 4 days!

ALL items have limited stock (some more so than others!), so here's some insight into those numbers so you can decide whether or not you need to set an alarm 👀

For example, if you're adopting Gizmo, then you'll get a FREE Gizmo B-Grade pin!
If I happen to run out of that specific pin... then you'll receive their A-Grade pin free of charge :D

We also have some B-grade, aka flawed, plush that will be available. These plush will be $45 to account for not being made to their original vision, but they're still VERY cute and cuddlable if you don't mind their quirks!

You will receive a random one from the pile, but the main issues per design are described below so you have an idea what you might get. For reference, what we've been calling "gimpy leg" is when one leg is sewn too high on the body, so it looks shorter than the properly-positioned leg when dangling.

We might have a single Kipper the kidcore tiger B-Grade available due to issues with the fur/texture on the back of their head, but Talvi is seeing if he can fix them first :)
