Hey all!

Thanks so much for your support on the summer sale! We're ending in less than 3 days, but things will work pretty differently from usual crowdfunding projects this time around. So here's what to expect after the sale ends:


The sale ends on Wednesday, July 22nd at 2PM CST and your pledge will be charged.
Once it ends, Backerkit typically charges payment methods within 24-72 hours. I do not offer refunds, so be sure to adjust or cancel your pledge before then!

What if my payment fails?

If this happens, you will receive an email from Backerkit informing you of the failure with instructions on how to fix it. Backerkit will attempt to recharge your payment method ~7 days after the initial charge.

I won't be blocking non-paying backers this time around since it's not a true crowdfunding for production purposes. You just won't receive your pledge.

Backerkit will send out surveys via email around July 29th (some of you may get them a day or two before this to help me discover any issues or errors). This is where you’ll be able to see any freebies you qualify for, confirm your pledge rewards, and fill out your address.

There will be no add-ons available to add via surveys. Given that most of my stock is limited, and I don't want to accidentally sell something I've run out of, it's just too much of a headache to try to figure out what my remaining stock actually is in the midst of the sale. Be sure to add any items you've been eyeing to your pledge before the sale ends!

Since your pledge level is your shipping cost, there won't be an additional shipping charge. Once your survey is completed and submitted, it will instantly be locked and move forward with fulfillment.

I'll post another update/warning as needed if there are survey stragglers, since I want to get these sent out ASAP so I can set up my regular shop with the leftovers.
