I read The Black Gryphon/Mage Wars first then followed that with Owls Flight, not realizing the huge time gap between the two. So I went back and read The Last Herald Mage and tried to stick to the chronological order after that. I really wish there were more prequels of the time before the Mage Wars about the Kaled’ai’in.
