Greetings, I'm not adept at writing biographies, so please bear with me. My name is Kale, and I am a full-time professional Fursuit Maker, operating under the name Twilight Knights Cosplay since 2016.

As a Canadian Fursuit Maker, I've struggled over the years to source faux fur. Furs sourced locally were often ludicrously expensive and of poor quality. To combat this, I began by posting about any high-quality local finds I came across. This eventually led to group orders with other makers and supply runs to Tonitex, a fabric warehouse in Montreal. While a great option, Tonitex isn't reliable. The stock they carry comes from countless manufacturers offloading old and discontinued fabrics, so there is no way to predict what they'll have or what condition they will arrive in.

This all culminated in me trying to create my own line of faux fur designed for Fursuit Making. Over the years, I consulted numerous mills before ultimately settling on one that was able to bring my dream into fruition. After a successful kickstarter we launched CanFur with just two colours: Electric Purple and Dusk Purple. Since then, we've expanded our catalogue to 18 different colours of faux fur, plus a dozen minky colours and even some foam!

However, I'm at the limit of what I can accomplish alone. CanFur needs serious funding if it has any hope of long-term success. So once again I turn to the community for help.
