I was born and raised in Niagara Falls, Canada, where I now live again, having also lived in Toronto, Ottawa and the United States. I am a semi-retired computer programmer/analyst, am a major lifelong Trekkie (watched the original series live as a young kid), and have studied, practised and taught Modern Buddhism since 1995.
