Warpkarl

Forged in blood by Professor DM and Roll For Combat, with contributions from Brandon Gillam, this is not another safe fantasy game. This is steel. Fire. Consequence.

FLAIL is an old-school, fantasy RPG where spells act up, weapons fall apart, and characters survive mostly through nerve and sheer luck. Designed for people who like single-session dungeons and short campaigns of 10~15 sessions. Low-prep, max play.

Eliminate the slog in your 5e combat, speed up play and maximize interesting, tactical choices for players and DMs.
