I'm retired from the US Military, and US federal civil service. I have always loved to read. I read almost any genre except horror. I discovered Science Fiction and Fantasy in my mid 20's and have been reading it ever since. I discovered "Space Opera" in my 50's. I read a lot of history books and historical novels and mysteries.
