Black Ink Alchemy

Black Ink Alchemist is a home for storytellers whose voices deserve to be heard, celebrated, and centered.  We uplift Black writers, authors of color, LGBTQIA+ creators, and other marginalized storytellers whose voices challenge and expand the world of fiction.

Our mission is simple: we will empower creators to tell their truths without compromising who they are. We believe in the power of representation and the importance of building a publishing community where diverse voices aren’t just included as an afterthought — they’re brought to center stage.

This June, we’re launching our first BackerKit crowdfunding campaign to grow our imprint, expand our catalog, and invest directly in the communities we serve. Every pledge helps us bring to our readers independent publishing for the underrepresented and unstoppable.
