Longtime crowdfunding backer since the early days of Kickstarter, nowadays also Indiegogo and BackerKit. Mostly decent experiences, a few burns here and there. Nowadays I tend to only back projects from a creator who has at least one prior successful crowdfunding behind them, and has delivered to their backers before.
