Forest Felines Series Two: Dark Forest Invasion!
Enact an epic battle in your clan by collecting four all new fierce, fuzzy, and ferocious Forest Felines! These baddies are plush toys measuring approximately 8" (20.32 cm) tall and 12" (30 cm) long, not including their tails (Exact measurements will vary by design and individual). They have embroidered facial features, are made of short-pile (1mm) minky, and contain polyester filling. Some designs have faux-fur accents. Each Forest Feline has their own unique markings and coats to help set them apart and create a fun, unique cast of characters perfect for play and for collecting! They are in a laying position, with a long body that feels great to hold and snuggle.
Meet The Forest Felines
Lone Sol is a wanderer. Tricky, clever, and proud, Lone Sol lacks the muscle needed to back up his threats so he prefers to get his way with plots and schemes. To defeat him you will need to be perceptive and steadfast in order to see through his illusions!
Dark Ash is a secret-keeper. Petty and vengeful, Dark Ash will stop at nothing to control Forest Squirrel, the cat who rejected his twisted love. He cares not for the collateral damage; no cost is too great for achieving his goals. To defeat him you will need courage and hope!
Bloody Scourge is a deceiver. Always the underdog, he bides his time and waits for the right moment to strike, usually defeating his opponents in a single blow. He is cold and calculating, but he doesn’t believe in bonds. With your friends, you can defeat him together!
Dark Maple is the queen of the Starless Forest. As determined as she is ruthless, Dark Maple is known for not taking any prisoners and always, always getting her way. If you want to defeat Dark Maple, earthly forces alone are not enough. Only the Power of the Stars can truly put an end to her reign of terror!
The goal of this project is to bring these four adorable, evil plush kitties to life! World domination is just within their grasp... Time to bring it home!!
... But let's be honest with ourselves, world domination is no easy feat. So let's break down the costs of this project and where all that cash is going to go!
Each design will cost approximately 1300 USD. This fully funds the creation and distribution of 50pcs of a single design!
For 50 pieces of a single design:
Plush design and manufacturing costs 950 USD
Shipping from the manufacturer to me costs 150 USD
Packaging & Shipping materials costs about 60 USD
Those of you who are mathematically inclined may notice that the numbers I provided above don't quite hit the 1,300 total. The remaining 130 USD per design goes towards covering taxes and fees, as well as serving as a buffer in case of unexpected issues in the fulfillment process such as fluctuating shipping costs.
Once 1,300 is reached, we can do it all over again, to unlock the rest of these evil, no good, very bad kitties!

While none of the previous Forest Felines are being offered as pledge add-ons this time around, If you are interested in purchasing a design that appeared in a previous campaign please check my Ko-Fi shop to see if they are available!
Please note that this schedule is subject to change, and depends heavily on the size of the campaign and number of pledges received. Once fulfillment begins it can take a few weeks, as I pack and ship all these orders myself, and I am just one person! I will keep all backers updated both through social media and the "Community" tab here on Backerkit if there are any major delays.

Please refer to the above chart for how much your order will cost to ship. As with all other Backerkit campaigns, Shipping is charged after the campaign ends, and is not included in your pledge cost.
All orders will come with a tracking number, sent out once your order is shipped!
Note for international buyers:
I am willing to ship to any country, however, please note that I do not have control over lost or damaged packages, and at this time I am not able to replace orders lost in transit, due to both manufacturing and international shipping costs. Additionally, buyers are responsible for all import taxes and fees. Please keep this in mind if your home country has an unreliable post system, and order at your own discretion!
Greetings, Earthlings! My name is DIA Adams, also known as CosmicDiamond. I am a Los Angeles based artist who loves drawing, making stories, weird critters, and plushies! My goal is to use Forest Felines to create a fun cast of characters that you, yes you, can collect, cuddle, and play with!
I've successfully fulfilled two campaigns through Backerkit, and am looking forward to locking in a third!
Leftovers from this campaign will be sold online and at in-person conventions! I typically share my convention schedule on social media, so if you'd like to skip the shipping charges, stop by my booth!

As you can see, this campaign has introduced some truly very bad, no-good kitties. The Dark Forest can be defeated, but you will need The Power of the Stars. What does that mean? Well, you'll just have to wait and see!
