Hello all! Reporting back for the fulfillment update. This update contains info for campaign backers and pre-order customers separately.

For the backers who backed during the main campaign
By now, everyone who backed during the main campaign should have gotten tracking info, most likely in more than one way because of certain automatisms.
You should have either: - gotten an email from my e-mail address with a tracking number and tracking link - gotten an email from my e-mail address with no tracking number (just order number), and additionally an email from DHL with tracking number/link
and regardless of that, everyone should have - gotten an email from Backerkit with their tracking number + link
If you have not received your tracking number, you can always contact me either via comment here, via email or via DM on Discord/social media @doombloomart (just make sure you write an informative first DM or else I'll assume you're a bot and ignore). (The exception is of course those who are doing pickup or have other agreements with me!)
Almost all packages are carried out to the post office now. There's only 3 large parcels to the US I couldn't carry out today because their package size exceeded the dimension limit for the shipping type, so I am going to repack those asap - I am waiting for new boxes to arrive for those and it looks like that will be Wednesday. Still, you should have gotten your tracking number and it will stay the same, there will just be no updates until then. I just need to repack to a different proportioned box. Sorry for that!
The shipping carrier is DHL for all shipments.
All the smaller parcels (1-2 glass cups) are dropped off, but the tracking will only start working in 24-48 hours (and rarely more) because these are not scanned until they have reached the sorting center and the time naturally varies depending on how they get routed.
For the Pre-Order backers after the main campaign
If you pre-ordered until today, your orders will be processed most likely by the end of this week! For any pre-orders coming after today, the processing time may vary because I need to restock glass cups designs.
Pre-Orders will also close once I'm caught up with shipping, and the tumblers will enter my regular store a while later.
Important Reminder about Shipping and potential damage/loss/missing items
Since we're dealing with glass, it's important to check your parcel asap for damages *before and after opening* upon arrival and take photos. If we have a case for insurance, it expires within 7 days of arrival. After that period I can't do anything for you.Â
I packed everything to the best of my ability and until I was confident that throwing them around and pressing them would not break the glass. On top of that, borosilicate glass is rather sturdy! However I cannot anticipate every single form of abuse so naturally I cannot rule out that some glassware will arrive damaged.
1. If your parcel looks heavily abused from the outside, take a photo of it before opening and send it to me if the contents are indeed broken too - the damage reporting has to be done through me, not directly by you to DHL 2. Same if your parcel looks like someone along the way might have opened it and items are missing 3. Regardless of outside damages - if your product does not arrive in the proper condition, email me with all the details (your backerkit username, descriptive images). I'm sure we can sort it out somehow. 4. If you received the wrong item(s), take a picture of everything you received and email that to me
If any of your items require replacement, it can take 1-3 weeks to do so, as I can't guarantee that every design is in stock.Â
And lastly, if you received an ungodly amount of styrofoam as padding, I'm deeply sorry for the mess and rather non-cute packaging, but it seemed like the best lightweight protector and the safety of your products was my top priority! It's all recycled from the original packaging of these glass cups that my supplier uses for shipping. All plastic bubble wrap is recycled as well.
This update is really only for the Black Apron backers, but since i dont really have any other means of reaching out to them in a concerted method without addressing the comments in the project, this is about the best way I can adress it.Â
It was just brought to my attention that our highest tier backers, Black Apron, errored on their order import, and as a result none of you have your rewards (aside from the originals which were shipped recently). Furthermore, as a result of Backerkit Crowdfunding being in its infancy, there is no mechanism for creators to get notified of comments in their projects (feedback that I've escalated). I only come aware of this recently when a backer reached out via email to inquire about the rest of their rewards.Â
Nevertheless, its shameful and your rewards are far past due and for that I sincerely apologize. Though, I can imagine that does little to soothe your frustrations with how much you spent, to which I totally understand.
Since there are only 11 of you, I will be reaching out to you individually to determine the next course of action to right this wrong.Â
For those who do have your calendars and you read this whole update, I do hope you're enjoying them.Â

edit: There appears to be a few others who have not recieved their rewards (from address locks to survey), working through those as well. Â
We're doing something a little different this year, we're going to have the manufacturer of the calendars ship directly to the backers, this should cut down our processing time quite a bit, almost 2-3 weeks, since now our warehouse doesn't have to receive, get packaging, print labels, and ship each calendar..so this will be a great time save (assuming things go well). The tradeoff is two-fold:Â
We'll need your survey filled out/addresses pretty quickly, (this is mostly my fault in getting things up and running.)Â
Our manufacturer does not do stickers, which means we'll be shipping them out to you separately separately.  Â
stickers can be found in the survey and are in packs of 1,3,5,10 (tried to make it easy for what you need).
As for timing...in order for me to get addresses to the manufacturer (to not prevent any delays), it would be nice to have your surveys filled out by Thursday Oct 31st. Granted most typically fill in the survey in the first three days, but this will allow me to get a first wave of shipments going with the manufacturer. Ideally after that point, I can get the remaining submitted on Nov 4th. From there, it really depends on how fast the manufacturer ships. My guess is, after the full shipments go out they'll ship the remaining to our warehouse and our warehouse will then process any remaining shipments from that point on (and they will have a faster turnaround because there will be ~20 orders that might fall behind), as opposed to slating out and shipping 800.

Hey all, Sorry for the delay, Just wrapped up the design, and will be sending to the printer shortly (also will be opening up bacerkit in a moment so i can collect address and such.
gonna try something new this year and ship out directly from the printer, which would reduce the time from traveling to our warehouse and them prepping and packing...so hopefully saves some time. but the only snag is they do not do stickers...so we'd have to do those separately (which should be ok, since we can put those in simple letter envelopes.Â
If there's anything you want to see added (or needs fixing let me know), ill be sending out a proper final pdf once we get into backerkit (which ill be submitting tomorrow for approval) Andreas
We have been working non-stop behind the scenes to get you the best update we can.
I am going to be fully transparent with you. Most of you have been with us for years, and you know how important it is to us to have a good printer. One who is reliable and does not make errors.
We had an expensive misprint with our last project using these printers, but in order to keep this card stock everyone loved we had to use them again for this project.
I won't go into details, but suffice to say they have been very difficult to work with and after several failed attempts we have no choice but to forgo our materials deposit we made to them and work with a different printer. And DONT WORRY! We found the exact card stock.
We refuse to allow anything but a perfect print for this very important deck.Â
This clearly will put us well behind our production schedule, so we have been hard at work thinking about how to handle this fairly. We have no new dates yet but we are expediting this as fast as we can.

We struggled with how to go forward with this issue, as it is not something we have experienced in our decade of printing. We hope this is fair to you all. We spent a lot of time thinking of the best incentives we could.

Now, before I go, I want to let you know that we tried to make it work at Backerkit before deciding to return to Kickstarter. The truth is, we have to be where we built our project from the ground up. We gave it our best, but we just need to be where we can get more eyes on our project. We will still state our NO AI policy on every project. Our ethics have not wavered, but we need to do what is best for our backers and our artists.

All but 14 people have answered their surveys by yesterday's deadline, which puts us at 92% survey completion. These surveys are now set to lock in about 24 hours. I need to lock everything now to make sure counts are as accurate as possible compared to what I'm ordering.

Bookmarks (6-pack, Tress the Minotaur, and Cafe Chaos) are IN PRODUCTION. Stickers (Blaze and Cafe logo) and Magnet (Cafe logo) are COMPLETE AND RECEIVED.
HOW DOES PAYING FOR ADD-ONS/SHIPPING WORK You are NOT charged for shipping and add-ons at this time. You will be charged closer to the shipment date. However, you MUST fill out your survey with your shipping address (if you're ordering physical rewards) so that I know where to ship your Cafe Goodies! Digital only pledges don't need a shipping address but you can't receive your rewards until you've completed your survey.

Hey, everyone! It's been a hectic couple of weeks here, but all boxes for FAUXLO rewards have gone out or will be going out tomorrow! Everything is packed up and labeled for dropoff at the post office so you should be seeing your rewards pretty soon. Please don't forget to check your Spam folders/All Mail folders in your email client to make sure you get your tracking info.
