Another update already so soon: I sent out the final notices for locked orders. In 48 hours they should be locked, and I will charge cards for shipping costs then. After that I'm able to distribute the PDF, so expect it coming into your inboxes in the next days!
As for the books, on Friday I confirmed with my printer that the books are getting reprinted after they had to get inspected by both him and the book binder again. I was told they should be done in roughly two weeks. Will keep you all update on that one, I really cannot wait to have them in my hands again. On the day the pallet of boxes was picked up again I actually felt kind of heart broken. I put so much energy, dedication and love in this book over the last years, the fact that I'm feeling so strong about it genuinely warms my heart now in hindsight. It just matters a lot to me.

First of all, due to the unforeseen fact that we have to reprint the entire order of books, there's a few scheduling issues with my printer and it takes longer than we thought. We basically have to squish the book into a free slot and that one should be coming up soon. It also took a while as the books had to be taken back to the book binder, inspected on damage and all these days of shipping add up, even if all the traveling is contained within the south of Germany.
I now have all shipping materials needed. All prints are signed, and absolutely everything I need to fulfill orders (boxes, wrapping paper, stickers for the adresses) is here, but not the books. Once they come in again I can immediately start shipping.
The PDF is completely done, and I'm thinking about sending it out before shipping already. Originally I wanted to send them on the day shipping starts but due to the big delay I'm wondering if it might be nice to send them out earlier to bridge the time. I just feel a bit bad for letting people wait so much.

We finally got photos of the super suits. They look great minus the fact they were not supposed to have "ADORKASTOCK" across the backs. So now everyone is me. 😅 Ahhh
Unfortunately I'm worried there won't be time to fix them if they don't fit if they aren't shipped RIGHT NOW so we might end up stuck with these as is. Hoping the manufacturer ships these ASAP!!
We've secured a minivan for toting ourselves around from the airport to the rental places.
I think that's everything right now! Still a month away from the shoot but I'm real excited.

Whew, this has already been a really busy week, and it's only Tuesday evening. I've finished the survey nearly a week ahead of schedule! Smoke Test went out just now (that's 5% of surveys to make sure everything is set up correctly). This is completely random so don't feel sad if your survey isn't in! I'll be sending all the rest of them out tomorrow evening, assuming everything goes well.
Make sure you finish your survey by October 21 to be guaranteed you're in the first wave of fulfillment! I'll be ordering all items by November 4 (some items will require more conversation to make sure they turn out correctly, so I'll be working on ordering everything through October 22 - November 4).
I've added a LOT of items from previous Cafe projects, including last year's calendars, coloring books, and stickers, as well as the TTRPG pins, stickers, and more. I hope they will find good homes!
Today I finished formatting the dates section of the calendar, as well as updated some formatting so that the images aren't cut off. All images now have a parchment-esque border so that you can enjoy the full pieces of art designed by Abi! I've also added a slim white border to the coloring pages so that they aren't cut off too much at the edges and the perforation. Everything is looking REALLY cute and I look forward to getting all these goodies out to you!
HOW DOES PAYING FOR ADD-ONS/SHIPPING WORK WORK
You are NOT charged for shipping and add-ons immediately. Instead, you will be charged closer to the shipment date. However, you MUST fill out your survey with your shipping address (if you're ordering physical rewards) so that I can know how much I actually need to order. Digital reward only pledges don't need a shipping address but you can't receive your rewards until you've completed your survey.
