Maybe zip pouches? Those are always fun & useful. Other ideas include more mini-pin designs/choices (like seeds, berries, nests, eggs, etc). Also, it would be super cool if you came up with an add-on/stretch goal that had a design with every bird in it as a postcard or an art print.
Also, if you do consider a new bird bag, I'm just gonna throw out Magpies- they're beautiful!
