I’m a mechanical tooling engineer by trade and a lifelong creator at heart. I spend my days building machines and solving practical problems, and my nights dreaming up worlds, stories, and game systems. I’ve always believed that good design—whether it’s a piece of hardware or a tabletop adventure—should feel solid. It should work, make sense, and invite you to explore it. I’m here because I love bringing ideas to life and sharing them with people who get just as excited about the details as I do.

And her sci-fi and fantasy poetry collection, Imaginari, releases October 2024. Kristina is a trumpet player but dabbles in other instruments, plays video games, and tends to her flower garden and two children in Indiana. She is amazed by nature and enjoys painting vivid scenes for her readers.

Joseph Duis is the writer, letterer, and publisher of several horror comics for his company, Heresy Studios, and has also written and lettered stories for The Advocator Presents and Nerd Nation Presents.  He has studied cultural history and psychology, and is fascinated by the intersection of popular fiction and history.  That's why he founded Heresy, because he wants to explore the spaces between fantasy and reality.  He has always wanted to be a comic book writer, and finally stopped procrastinating and just did it.  He lives in the wilds of Colorado with his patient wife and three impatient children. Mai is a crazy cat lady, doubling as a crazy dog lady, whose last words are likely to be psspsspss.    A fan of ballet, romance novels, music, movies, and just about anything that makes her forget this dreary world we live in, she’s been writing reports about the people who live in her head since she was eight years old.    When Mai first published under May Sage in 2015, she only intended to share her fun stories, but shockingly, people actually read those, so her dream of becoming a full-time author became a reality.  Mai moved away from short, simple novellas to jump into more complex plots and characters and worlds a few years later.  As her bibliography contains too many books of various tones, lengths, and skill levels, she launched two different pens in 2021: Alexi Blake, for new fantasy work, and Emm Darcy, under which she explores steamier, darker stories.

I have a passion for animation and creating new stories. The project I am currently working on is very close to my heart, as it is based on my personal life situation.
