hello, I had the shipping notification a few weeks ago and can see on the tracking that the package has reach the closest fedex office 20 days ago but seems to be stuck there, and I haven't been able to reach them (send many issue report with no answer) is there anything you can do on your end as the sender? thank you

Where were the books mailed from? I received a very strange non-kobolds package in the mail at the same time the post office told me the package was delivered. I'm wondering if there was a zany mix-up at the fulfillment center. I got a DVD called How to Defeat Larger Attackers, which feels very on-brand, but which is definitely not Kobolds Ate My Baby!
