I have previously funded a very successful Jolly Roger Dice Campaign on Kickstarter.
Early bird pledges will receive a 1" double sided phone charm featuring the beloved blue (and yellow) duck! This will be available as an add-on for anyone that misses early bird pledges.
BackerKit campaigns are an all or nothing type project.
What this means is, if the initial campaign goal is not achieved, the project will be cancelled and you will not be charged for your pledge. During the campaign you can cancel or edit your pledge level or add-ons at anytime. The initial goal for this campaign is to unlock the 7 Trainer charms and their attached Partners.
There are then unlockable extras which are the stretch goal charms. Being able to reach the initial campaign goal is so important, once this is unlocked we can progress on to unlocking as many designs as possible. When the campaign ends, you will be able to select any unlocked pins. This will be done via a survey which will be sent to your email.

When the BackerKit post-campaign survey is sent out for you, it'll ensure your address is correct. You will be able to add last-minute add-ons during this stage of the campaign. This campaign is completed from the United Kingdom, so here is an approximate idea of shipping costs for your reference:
United Kingdom: £5 for most pledges. Europe: £8 for most pledges, possibility to select £13 tracked. United States, Canada, Australia: £7 untracked option for 1-charm pledges, £10-15 with tracking for a wide range of pledges. Other Destinations: £10-15 for a wide range of pledges.
The shipping prices shown are approximate, if there's an increase of the cost, it will not be very high, it'll be to cover weight and materials.
‼️Please keep in mind it is the customers responsibility to pay any import duties or taxes that your local courier might apply for international orders.
TLDR: Please note that shipping is extra and will be collected after the campaign through Backerkit to avoid shipping overcharges. Shipping addresses will be collected 2 weeks after the campaign ends. You will be responsible for any duties, taxes or fees incurred on your package. Please allow extra time for delivery.
risks and challenges
This is my first Backerkit campaign, however as a convention artist I have a reputable manufacturer for charms. I am using the same manufacturer as before as I have done over 15 different designs with them previously.
I was extremely happy with the quality, efficiency and communication. I also understand their process more so that will make the whole thing easier. I've run an online shop for the past few years, and I do a lot of artist alley conventions, so I'm confident in delivering the charms again in a satisfactory manner. As with all other manufacturing, delays and errors may arise.
With how acrylic charms are made, please note that the colours shown on the screen may be slightly different physically and the lines are subject to slight variances.
Once the produced charms are received, each one will be carefully inspected.
All Backer-Kit charms will be in standard grade. Please note that standard grade does not mean perfect.
Any minimal variations or imperfections that to not affect the overall appearance of the pin is considered to be standard grade.
