What’s it made of?
Every bag is crafted from faux leather with a holographic base panel and bag body.

How do the panels attach?
Each bag has six magnets: two on the head, two on the hooves, and two on the flanks. This keeps panels secure and lined up perfectly.

Why isn’t the bag pony-shaped?
We wanted the panels to shine without making the bag inconvenient to carry. The bag itself is a square shape, so you can still see the sides of the holographic bag, while keeping it practical for everyday use.

Anything else I should know?
Panels are fully swappable and stick firmly with the magnets. Collect the ones you love and change them out whenever you like.

Can I change the insert?
Yes! The bag includes two removable inserts, allowing you to switch between the colorful rainbow design or the classic stone-colored design whenever you'd like.

Can I use my own insert?
Absolutely! You can use one of the included inserts or create your own custom insert to match your pin collection.

Will it fit my everyday essentials?
Yes! The bag is designed to comfortably hold everyday items like your phone, wallet, keys, portable charger, cosmetics, and convention essentials while still giving you room to display your favorite pins.

Why are there small unprinted edges on some of the decorative pieces?
Some of the decorative patches have very small curves and intricate shapes. Because of the printing and cutting process, tiny areas near the edges may not print completely. This is an expected manufacturing characteristic and is not considered a defect. Please review the example photos before purchasing.

Is this considered a defect?
No. These small edge variations are an expected part of manufacturing for intricate faux leather pieces and do not affect the quality or durability of the bag.

Anything else I should know?
Each bag is handmade, so minor cosmetic variations between bags are normal. Every bag is inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Can I request a refund after purchasing?
Please review the information and sample photos provided before purchasing. If you later request a refund due to information that was already provided prior to purchase, a 10% refund processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This covers fees and costs associated with processing the original order.

Shipping costs and taxes are also non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Can the bag be worn as a backpack?
Yes! The included adjustable straps allow the bag to be comfortably worn as a backpack for everyday use or conventions.
