Project Update: 🩷 Pretty Pony : End of July Update ! 🪽✨
Hi everypony! 🩷
I wanted to share another update on where everything is currently at, along with a few reminders before preorders officially come to a close!
First of all, thank you all so much for your patience throughout this project. I'm incredibly excited with how everything is coming together, and we're finally getting into the last stretch of production!
🌟 Where We Are Right Now
- All Discord Ita Bags have officially shipped! 🎉
- Custom OC Panels are expected to be completed by tomorrow.
If you purchased a Custom OC Panel and have not submitted your design in the Discord server, please do so as soon as possible.
Please note: Any OC panel submissions received after the deadline will incur a $25 late fee, as production has already begun and late additions require additional setup, and extra shipping.

Orders will ship in batches of approximately 10–15 orders at a time (possibly more depending on volume).
International orders will be shipped first.
📦 How Your Order Will Ship
To better protect everyone's items and help prevent order mix-ups, orders will be shipped separately depending on what was purchased.
Keychains

Base Bag + Canon / Standard Panels
• Shipped together
Custom OC Panels
• Shipped separately
Custom OC Panels and inserts will receive their own packaging to provide as much protection as possible during transit, as they vary in size and require different packaging than standard panels.
For canon panels, package size will vary depending on your order. For example, winged pony panels require larger packaging than non-winged panels, so some shipments may be larger than others.
💜 About the Delays
A large portion of the production timeline was affected by BackerKit Pay Later, which unfortunately was completely outside of my control.
Nearly 30% of backers were unable to finalize their orders immediately. Until Pay Later payments were completed, surveys could not be finalized, item quantities would continuously change, and I wasn't able to lock production numbers.
Because of this, final item counts couldn't actually be confirmed until late February, which pushed back manufacturing and testing significantly.
Thank you all for being so understanding throughout this process. I know waiting is never fun, but I wanted to make sure everything was produced correctly rather than rushing production.
📮 Shipping
If shipping prices change before fulfillment begins, I'll make sure to communicate that as soon as possible.
All shipping funds are already set aside, but carriers like USPS and UPS have continued increasing rates throughout the year, so I want everyone to be aware in case there are any unexpected changes.
