Some of you may have noticed that the tracking numbers for orders that haven’t shipped have expired, as they were created over 30 days ago or perhaps have received your pins from the Eternal Bloom: Dark Garden campaign before this one. I want to explain what happened and reassure everyone that your orders have not been lost in transit.
While packing orders, I discovered that I had been shorted on my order of the coffin and skull mini pins, which are the project banner and collaboration design incentives. Since I caught this shortly after purchasing the shipping labels, I arranged for the manufacturer to produce the missing pins, hoping they would arrive before the labels expired. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen.
I was also overzealous in adding the tracking numbers to Backerkit before the orders were shipped. I intended it as a way to keep all the information organized by backer, but uploading Tracking Numbers marks the order as shipped automatically. As a result, the original tracking numbers have now expired, and I’ll need to generate new ones once the orders are ready to go.
As for the missing mini pins, they have been completed at the factory and are currently awaiting dispatch. The corrected book pins are taking longer, as the factory has informed me that they are not finished yet. Unfortunately, progress has also been affected by two major Chinese holidays during this period.
At the moment, I have a number of partially packed orders waiting for the missing pins. As soon as the necessary pins arrive, I’ll finish packing the remaining orders and get them shipped out as quickly as possible. New tracking numbers will be sent once each order has been fully packed and shipped. I spent the afternoon clearing out the expired tracking numbers from Backerkit and marking orders correctly as fulfilled or unfulfilled as needed. Your order status on Backerkit should be currently up-to-date.
I’m sorry for the delay and the confusion caused by the expired tracking numbers. Thank you all for your patience and understanding while I work to get everything completed and sent out!
The other pins came in so packing and shipping is currently underway! You should get an email from Backerkit and/or Pirateship about tracking.
I am starting with the US orders under 9oz, so larger/international orders will be in a separate batch. It may take some time for tracking numbers to show progress since the labels in this batch were ordered all at once.

So far I am still waiting on the Raven Book and Heart pins, but they should be sent soon. These pins are over with my project collaborator JBlake Design, but I will be picking them up this weekend! As you can see, some of the pins still need their accessory gems/bells, which I will be working on to attach by hand, but once those are together I can start shipping out what I have in stock!
I will also be locking addresses and sending reminders for everyone who has not yet completed their surveys. make sure to double check all your information is up to date!

A pretty small update on the progress so far. It has been a lot slower than anticipated and the factory seems to be somewhat bogged down by all the pin orders we submitted, so some projects were getting done before others and it caused some confusion. I do have some pics of of the pin process so far:
Obviously these are unfinished and are mostly to show colors/glitter effects and before the plating/screen printing, etc. It has been tough to get pics of the process, especially since some pins they seem to move forward with before others.
These are being produced at the same time as my collaboration partner JBlake Design and her pins. Her Muerte and Magic pins are looking gorgeous and are much further along in the queue than mine:

I apologize for the long wait and am hoping to have more news and better photos soon.
Production is still in process. All the art files and colors should be accurate - its mostly figuring out the glitters/glow and assembly for the more complicated pins. These pins are also being produced in conjunction with JBlake Design and her Muerte & Magic designs so they made will be on a similar timeline.
