These are a 'smoke test' which will help me make sure there are no glitches or flaws in the surveys before they get sent to all 1,300 of you! Once these surveys are completed, I will be sending the survey out to everyone! If you see any issues with the surveys, please email me at [email protected] with any questions/comments! 

In the surveys, you will be able to pay for shipping and purchase additional plushies!

I wanted to come on here and let you all know that Chai preorders are opening tomorrow on alpacasews.com at noon est! I am only able to make a limited amount of her, so preorder slots will be limited!

The good news is that, as Backerkit Backers, you will get FREE SHIPPING for Chai (USA only) and EARLY ACCESS to the sale! I will be posting an access code and discount code for the website at 11:30 tomorrow so you all will be able to get Chai without having to worry about stock running out.

Unfortunately I cannot ship backerkit orders and website orders together, but to make up for that all domestic backers get free shipping! ( So sorry to my international backers, unfortunately the costs are too high for me to be able to offer you the same deal. BUT I will be sending you a coupon code for 10% your order as an apology!)

REMINDER
Surveys will be going out MONDAY April 29th for you to choose the kittens you get, pay for shipping, and purchase any additional unlocked kittens you would like! This will also be the last day to fix any card issues and confirm your pledge! We still have about 100 people who's pledge failed, so be sure to check your email and make sure it went through! 

Guys! We unlocked the espresso kitten keychains with three hours to spare! Thank you SO MUCH!

I have added the espresso shot keychain pledge levels and add ons! You can add them on to your existing pledge, or if you haven’t pledged yet, just get one or all three of the keychains!

One keychain is $15, while all three are $37! We have three hours left in the campaign, so be sure to add your keychains while you can!

I'm going to be on a flight until Noon, so I won’t be available to answer questions until then!

Three weeks, 1400 backers, 97,000 in funding and 11 designs: this campaign is officially a SUCCESS!

While the campaign may be over, this is just the beginning of the Koffee Kitten Journey!

Your cards will be charged today for your pledge, and you will have two weeks to fix any payment issues and make sure you don’t lose your pledge!

During this time, I will be opening up the preorder store here on Backerkit, where you can add additional plushies that you forgot about during the campaign!

On April 29th, the last day for any failed payments to be fixed, we will have a confirmed amount of backers! Once all backers are confirmed, I will be sending out the end of campaign survey.

This survey is where you will choose which kittens you take home, confirm your add ons and pay your shipping. You MUST complete this survey to be able to receive your plushies!

While we were not able to unlock chai, that doesn’t mean she’s not going to get made! While I won’t be able to add her to the Backerkit campaign, I will be able to put her up for preorder on my website on April 26th at noon est! I’ll be sending a reminder about that on the day💪

I’ll be continuing to update you about the campaign throughout the process! Once surveys are sent out and we get a count for how many of each plush to order, we will start production! Production will last 3-4 months, I’ll be sending updates and photos while it happens!

I have gotten a lot of messages about people who missed out on pledging for the Koffee Kitten Campaign, so I have worked with Backerkit to make a preorder page for people who HAVE NOT pledged already! 

The preorder page will be open until May 15th! 

REMINDER! If you have already pledged, you will be able to add additional plushies to your order in the end of campaign survey, which will be going out on April 29th! Please do not use the preorder page, as it will not add to your pledge and you will have to pay shipping twice.

Hey everyone!

We have officially UNLOCKED Decaf! I cannot say thank you enough for all of the love and support you all have shown for these kittens. It truly warms my heart that you all love them as much as I do. To hit 75,000 in funding is no small feat, and it is all thanks to you guys that we have come this far!

We are about 14k away from unlocking the espresso shot kittens, and we have about 3 days to do it! I truly believe we can do this.

Hey everyone!

I wanted to pop in and share the finished sample for Chai, the last stretch goal in the campaign! I love how the colors look together. It is being sent to me now, so I will be able to get better photos soon!

I also wanted to update you guys on the stetch goals! I have decided not to switch Decaf and the espresso kitten keychains.

This is due to a few reasons, one being the higher cost of production for all three keychains vs Decaf. For me to produce the keychains at 75,000, i would have to greatly decrease the amount I can order.  Also there was 30% of people who did not want to see that switch, which is larger than I had originally thought!

What I AM doing though is decreasing the stretch goal for the keychains to 90,000, and Chai to 105,000! I heard all of the comments about wanting to make Chai more obtainable, and while I would love to make it even lower, this is the best I can do!

Once we hit 75,000, I will be adding the keychain add ons and pledge tiers! Pledging for them/ adding them to your order will help us unlock the mischievous little espresso shots!

Now, what happens if she isn't unlocked?
Any designs that are not unlocked will be put up for preorder on my website on April 26th at noon est (My birthday!) However, it is still best if they are unlocked here on Backerkit! We have 1 week left, we can do this! 

We are already at 69,000, so close to decaf already! I can't believe we have unlocked 7 koffee kitten designs so far!
