that's right, everyone! as we come back from the holiday break, i am so so so SO happy to share...
...that we've reached 100% fulfillment for ALL current pledges!! 🎉🎉🎉 WHEW!!!
with all the ups and downs & random issues and roadblocks tossed my way during this campaign, i couldn't be more grateful & relieved to finally be sitting here on the other side with you all. you guys have been so amazingly patient and supportive throughout this whole campaign, and i can't thank each and every one of you enough for supporting my project and picking up a batpack of your very own!
here's some final odds & ends:
IF YOU HAVEN'T RECEIVED A TRACKING EMAIL: keep an eye out during the next few days!! if you haven't gotten a tracking email by the end of the week, please double check your spam folder!
once your batpack has entered the postal system, any and all issues incurred during the shipping process will need to be taken directly to the shipping/postal/fulfillment service used. i've had a few people email me with shipping issues in the last few weeks or so, and while i'm happy to help where i can, there's unfortunately not a whole lot we can do on our end once your packages leave our hands. :(
did you pledge to the project, but never got your order? check to see if you're one of our errored pledges or incomplete surveys! or double check to make sure you filled in your survey to begin with! there's a handful of people who's pledges are caught in limbo because of incomplete info, out of date cards, & more -- and i want to get these orders out to as many people as possible!
if you're waiting on an email back from me: i'll be sorting through and replying to emails all this week!
lastly, i want to give a huge, massive shoutout to my fulfillment partners for this campaign, white squirrel. you've seen their packaging on all your orders; they're an amazing service run by amazing people, and getting this project fulfilled -- especially with my sudden move last year -- quite literally would not have been possible without them helping me out. they've been a joy to work with & i couldn't recommend them enough!
so... what's next???
in terms of general things i'm up to, i just recently re-launched my new online store, which is where leftover batpacks will eventually be for sale once i get them in hand -- so be sure to check it out & sign up for my newsletter if you wanna get notified once they're in stock!
i've also got a monthly print & sticker club over on patreon, which i also revamped and relaunched just this month! joining my patreon will get you shop discounts as well, so that's something else to keep in mind if you're eventually planning on picking up a leftover batpack! (even my low tip jar tier still comes with a shop discount :D)
crowdfunding wise, my next campaign is the flying friends pintopia project, launching january 22nd, with some cool bonuses and free rewards for previous batpack backers!
& for everyone wondering about what's next for batpacks... i've begun talks with my manufacturer about the specifics of series 2, including additional customization/add-on options (additional nylex inserts, a shorter strap option, and POCKETS!!!)! i've also started the sample designing process for some ALL NEW bat-related accessories at the same time, which will be big stretch goals for series 2 if & when that project gets off the ground! (i'm thinking mid to late summer, maybe? july?)
