Here is what to do if there are problems with your order:
Damaged or Missing Items, and Lost or Misdelivered Packages You have 30 days after your package arrives to report to [email protected] any needed replacement items for damaged or missing items in your order. If your order was damaged, you must include pictures of the damaged products and packaging. For packages that go missing, you have 45 days to report it after the item is sent to have me resend or follow up on the items. Packages that are sent to an incorrect address as a result of an error in your entry will require you to pay for shipping the new package. You will be notified before addresses are locked and will have a chance to update your address until just before fulfillment begins. If your address changes, be sure to update your address in your survey.
Backers are responsible for providing correct and up-to-date email addresses on BackerKit, and for reading updates as they are made to keep informed about this information and the deadline dates. It is the backer's responsibility to follow up on their packages should problems arise.
Thank you for filling out your surveys! I will be setting addresses to lock in 48 hours. This will be your last chance to make sure your shipping address is correct. I will pack the orders after that, and they should ship out this week! You will receive a tracking notification when I've shipped out your order.

Also, my next crowdfunding project,Raptors of the Midwest: Greeting Cards and Stickers launches tomorrow! Feel free to share it with your bird and wildlife-loving friends, and be sure to follow it so you're notified upon launch.
I've just sent out the smoke test for surveys! This means about 5% of backers in each tier will get their survey to fill out today. If that goes smoothly, the survey will be emailed to everyone else in the next day or so.
Although you can go back and edit your survey, I encourage you to fill it out as soon as possible. In this survey, you will be able to upgrade your pledge or add more add-ons if you wish, as well as select which card designs you want and provide your shipping address. A reminder that without your survey being filled out I will not be able to ship you your rewards! Please complete the survey by the deadline, July 28. Currently we are still on track for delivery in August.

Here's what's next in terms of the project fulfillment and what I'll need from you:
Payments: Any backers whose pledges didn't go through right away will have about two weeks to correct their payment information or follow up with their banks to make sure that the payment goes through if it was flagged as unusual. Once these two weeks are over, BackerKit will release the funds collected to me (minus their platform fee and the payment processing fees, around 10% total).
Surveys: You will receive an email in the next few weeks with a survey for the pledge manager. In this survey, you will be able to upgrade your pledge or add more add-ons if you wish, as well as select which card designs you want and provide your shipping address. Without your survey being filled out I will not be able to ship you your rewards!
Production and Fulfillment: I will be putting in the print order for the cards soon. My manufacturer estimates a lead time of 2-7 business days. Once I receive the campaign funds and surveys are locked, I will pack the orders and ship them out. With this timeline, I'm anticipating that the cards will be mailed to you in August.
Communication: I will send regular updates like this one throughout the process, including when surveys go out, when I receive the cards, and when I ship them.
