There was a deadline error in the last update! In previous updates, I stated that the survey deadline was September 10th. That was an error on my part since I intended it to be August 10th.
However, I donât want to suddenly spring a deadline on you all so the deadline for surveys will remain September 10th!
If you got an email about surveys being closed via Backerkit, please disregard it. I can reopen your survey easily on Monday. Donât worry, you will NOT be charged on Monday!

I designed the logo myself, yay! What do you think? I don't do logo design much so I had a lot of fun! I am no means a graphic designer but it is something I want to continue trying to do.

Okapi Photos!
I received the Okapi prototype and it is seriously so much cuter in person! I love the floppy limbs so much and their weighted body is so comforting to hug. Rio and I decided to do a mini photoshoot to show you all how adorable they are! What do you think?
Flying Fox Bat Photos!
I couldn't help but take our Flying Fox Bat Cuddle Friend along for the fun too! I really love the posable wings since it allows them to be so expressive with them.

Good news.. Okapi is FINALLY APPROVED! The arms are much better and match the back legs now! I am so happy with how it came out. I know that this process delayed this but I feel like it was all worth it in the end since you all deserve the very best from each design!

I will finally be putting in the big order for all of the Cuddle Friends plush toys this week! As I said before, I wanted to make sure that all the prototypes looked absolutely perfect before ordering.
Thank you all so much again for your patience! Plush making is always so much fun but no matter how many years I have done it, I always want to make sure that you all still get the very, very best!

Hope you are all doing amazing this week! Okapi is NEARLY finished! The only revisions left are easy, and that is making the front legs look more like hooves like the back legs, yay! I didn't want to rush this prototype, which resulted in the delay, but I hope you all understand. I want to make sure each plush is 100% how I want it to be since you all deserve the very, very best! :)
We should be able to get all the plush into production mid July, yay! I am so excited to get the Okapi in hand since the limbs all flop and they are so so cute.
