We shouldn't be surprised when a Mercedes Lackey book campaign succeeds so quickly—there's a reason so many people love her works!—but it's easy to worry before a campaign launches that we might not make it.

We made it. In under seven hours. Thanks to all of you!

And that means stretch goals!

Here's the bad news: we're still looking at numbers and won't announce exact goal targets until tomorrow, but if you followed the Deluxe Heralds campaign, you can probably guess what's coming up: more paintings, more fancy features inside the book, and (by popular demand on the Discord) a "Jar of Elf Tears" sticker. (Misty laughed when she saw it, which probably means that she approves, right?)

In any case, stay tuned for some familiar names in the art, more goodies, and treats from the elven homeworld. Actually, maybe not the last one. Given what we know about Elvenbred, homeworld treats are probably a trap.
