If you back the campaign at the Master Ranger level, you will receive your choice of EIGHT pins from the campaign. That's 25% off each pin! For every stretch goal we unlock, you will receive an ADDITIONAL free pin added to your rewards. We currently have ten stretch goals planned for the campaign. If we manage to hit all stretch goals, you could receive as many as ten free pins plus early bird and returning backer incentives (If those apply).

No, shipping is collected afterwards once the project is fully funded. Shipping is not included in the pledge price. We are estimating shipping costs to be: US: $7-10 Canada: $15-$25 EU: $15-$25 Other: $20-$25 We expect that the Master Ranger pack, depending on how big the final package gets will cost an additional $5 to ship from the prices above. We always try to search around for the best prices for shipping and will try to find the best rates at the time of shipping. These rates are subject to change. Note: Any regional taxes and import fees will be the responsibility of the backer. They are not collected with your pledge.

Yes! We have recently completed the steps required by the GPSR to ship into the EU from the US. We have an EU based representative, so we shouldn't have any issues getting your phoenixes to you! Extra good news! Our collab partner also ships into the EU, so you'll get to take full benefit of all the collab rewards!

BackerKit Crowdfunding is an all-or-nothing collaborative funding platform. Creators share their project ideas and set a funding goal with a deadline. Backers pledge money to help make the project possible.

If the project meets its goal by the deadline, pledges are charged and the creator moves forward. If it doesn’t, no one is charged.

Pledging in crowdfunding is a commitment to support the creation of a new product or project. Unlike a traditional purchase, you're not buying an item that already exists. Instead, your contribution helps bring a creative idea to life, and in return, you typically receive rewards (such as the product itself) as a thank you for your early support.

Only the project creator and the BackerKit Support Team can see your pledge and contact information. Other backers and the public cannot see your individual pledge amount or personal details.

You can change or adjust your pledge level and add-ons before the campaign ends. After the project concludes, cancellations or changes are at the creator's discretion and may depend on what stage the project is in.

Overtime Mode extends your campaign past its original end time to give backers a final chance to make their pledge. It will add an additional 10 minutes past the end time as long as pledges keep coming in. The campaign will end when there is a 10-minute period without any new pledges.
