Today, we’d like to invite you to step behind the curtain, away from the struggle for the throne, to meet the very hands that gave the Forest Kingdom its soul. A game’s art is more than its appearance; it’s the bridge that connects it to the players’ hearts, and the bridge for CROWN was built by the passion and craft of human artists.

As many of you know from our origin story, one of the "two friends" at the heart of this journey is our co-founder, Philo Zhang. As our lead artist, he has poured his heart and soul into this project, personally hand-drawing over 95% of the illustrations you see—from the glint in each Successor's eye to the individual leaves in the deepest parts of the forest. His dedication has defined CROWN's unique and evocative art style.

At the same time, we've been incredibly honored to collaborate with the talented artist Lic Li. His masterful work has added even more detail and color to our world, making the entire kingdom feel more vibrant and complete.

In an era where AI-generated art is becoming increasingly common, we want to proudly promise you this: Every single illustration in CROWN is 100% human-made. We believe that the true magic of art comes from a creator's thoughts, emotions, and that unique, "perfectly imperfect" human touch. It’s a warmth that no algorithm can replicate.

As 2025 draws to a close, the dream that started in a university dorm room is becoming a reality, and that is because of the support from every single one of you in this community.
