Hello everyone! By now, you should have all received your standees from this campaign.

Unfortunately, my manufacturer, who have been reliable for several years now, had a defective production run.

All of the Estinien standees have bases that do not properly fit the pieces, and the piece featuring Estinien himself had the file loaded with very low resolution. The cause was human error on the factory's side since they were producing these right before the rush to close the factory for Chinese New Year.

Extra unfortunately, I had these standees shipped directly to you all without having them first sent to me for inspections. Having produced literally over a dozen different standees with this manufacturer, I trusted there would be no issues, but this meant over a hundred orders was shipped out with defective standees.

Unfortunately, in my opinion, all of the standees have defective bases. While the other designs are still able to be displayed, all of my standees prior to this had very tight fitting bases that allowed you to hold the standees upside down if you wanted to. I'm not sure why you would, but it is disappointing to me that for the other designs, if you held them upside down and shook them, the pieces would fall out.

I will be replacing the following pieces for everyone who received the corresponding standees free of charge. These replacement pieces will ship out automatically, and there is nothing you need to do. If you need to update your address, please just email me and I'll take care of it. Ensuring the replacement bases will fit correctly this time, manufacturing them, importing them to the US, then delivering them to you will be a bit of a process. I expect deliveries to start by mid may, so please bare with me as I get this issue resolved.
