Over the last 2 months the manufacturer and I have been having several back and forth to figure out how the production issues occurred and how to resolve the situation.

We agreed that in order to make sure the replacement pieces we produce would be able to fix the issues caused, I would need to ship them one of each of the items that had problems so that they can make sure the replacement bases will address the issue.

Unfortunately this shipment got stuck in China's customs for 3 weeks, which further caused the whole process to be delayed.

Thankfully, after much nail pulling, the replacement bases have been finished and they were tested with the defective standees to make sure they will replace the pieces without issue.

So, if you ordered and received one of the following 4 standees:

You will be getting the replacement pieces automatically shipped to you to the same shipping address.

If your shipping address changed, please let me know via email at [email protected] and I will update it.

I am expecting the shipment of these to arrive to me by the end of the month, so these shipments should go out around either the end of the month or early next month.

Sorry again to everyone for the production issues on these and the delays on the replacements. I hope you will forgive me and enjoy your final standee once you've received them!
