I wanted to come in here and give you an update on the shipping progress, regarding the project!
So far 70% of the fulfilment is complete!! 🥳

If you've received a tracking number by now, your order has been shipped, if you've completed the survey and paid for everything and you haven't received anything yet, it means I'm either waiting on the remaining pins to arrive, to fulfil your order or you've paid in the last two weeks and your order will be shipped next week!

📮 US Water Pals and Cherry Pop collab orders are 90% fulfilled! If you have a UPS tracking but they are taking their sweet time... we already contacted them twice to fix the return address, hopefully the 4 orders will be here next week and we'll resend it to you via CTT and will issue the partial shipping refund.

The US partial shipping refunds of the fulfilled packages are done! According to BackerKit it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to be available on your bank account.

Please note, for those that do not solve their pledge issues by December, your pledge will be cancelled!!
