Hey everyone, happy Monday! Checking in today to keep you all in the loop of our shipping progress so far 💪

We are currently standing at 76% completion!! We're in the home stretch!

This last 120-ish pledges are mostly very large ones, with lots of items, or international pledges. These ones take a little more prep work (both to make the shipping labels and to actually pack the orders), so we are still looking at a little bit of time here before we finish up. We're continuing to work as fats as we can on these though, and appreciate everyone's patience so far! 💚

This weekend we made a discovery that, for nearly all of the 424 pledges we have already sent....tracking number emails were not deployed to backers 🤪 This was a mistake on our part and we've already begun to take steps to make sure everything is clean & organized behind the scenes. Note that all of these pledges DID still have tracking, the emails just didn't go out like we thought they did...woops!

If you've already received your pledge, don't worry about it! The good news is that the VAST majority of folks this affected have already received their pledges, according to tracking info.

If you have not received your pledge yet, one of two things is possible:
- Your items simply have not been shipped yet (this applies to ~120 backers)
- Your items are currently in transit, you just never got an email!

All backers whose packages HAVE shipped can see their tracking numbers in BackerKit! If you'd like to check your pledge, you can do so by:
1) Viewing your pledge for Snackoons, via the "My Pledges" section in BackerKit
2) Scrolling down to the "Survey" box and clicking "View order."
3) The tracking number, if one has been created, will be displayed on the Order Confirmation page.

We're truly sorry for this mixup! All pledges we ship moving forward will in fact get confirmation emails. We will also import tracking info into BackerKit later on so that all of that information can be stored in one place.

Things are moving along nice & smoothly so far, and we're already more than halfway done with fulfillment! Hooray!

It's been so exciting to see everyone get their Snackoons so far! We've been really touched by all of your praise & enjoyment of the pins. Truly couldn't be happier that y'all are happy with them 🥹💚🦝

The next batch of pledges will be shipping by the end of this week! Keep eyes on your emails to see when yours is on the way!

Already folks are starting to show off & trade their extra Snackoons in there (and so, so many good pet pics to boot). We're really excited to keep building our little community!

We're back with great news - Snackoons shipping has officially begun! ⭐

The first big batch of 100+ orders will be sent this week. We've got over 500 to pack, so we appreciate everyone's patience while we work through these!

As folks start to get their pins, we also wanted to announce that we've officially set up a Catmint Studios Discord server - aka, the Catmint Corner! 💚

We're been meaning to set this server up for a while now, but this campaign really pushed us to finally get it done. Since Snackoons are mystery bag pins (and will exclusively be so once extras hit our shop), we figured a dedicated server would be the perfect place for folks to swap snacks and collect their favorites.

Hi folks! We hope everyone has had a nice week & is ready for the weekend...we sure are! But first, we wanted to check in with a little progress update for you all.

That's right! We've officially inspected every keychain, clip, sticker & pin and found them all to meet our standards in terms of quality. It took so long (honestly a little longer than we expected), but it was so fun to get a close look at all of these little guys...we're so proud of this collection! 🦝

Since everything looks good, we're moving along to packaging pins and prepping fulfillment! We should be good to start shipping orders by the end of next week/the start of the following week. YAY!

Please remember that we have over 500 pledges to pack & ship! It's going to take us a little while to get through them all, but we'll do our best to continue keeping you all up-to-date on the progress of fulfillment. We want to get these in your hands as much as y'all want them!

We can't thank you all enough for your patience. If you still need to update your shipping address, this is the last week you'll be able to contact us to do so.

Hey everyone! Super quick update today to announce that we are locking addresses next week!

Once addresses lock, you will not be able to change them, and your pledge will ship to the locked address. Please be sure to update any information before next Wednesday!

Additionally, we will be sending out emails to the very small handful of folks who have either not yet completed their surveys, or had their card payments declined. Please keep an eye on your emails just in case, but this affects a VERY small portion of you all (thank you!)

We've been hard at work grading pins so far and stuff is looking SO good...we can't wait for everyone to see these up close!!
