See title. I have been extremely patient and polite. I have provided that which was asked of me and told it, 'gotcha, in resolution.' And yet, I still do not have it. This is so far from professional; I can't remember the last time I had such a poor experience trying to acquire something I've already paid for, boardgames or otherwise. I am baffled as to what failure in process happens that a backer needs to consistently email (the thread is now 7 emails long!) just to get what was already paid for. Such a simple $10 thing; what is going on here? Why is this so convoluted? *Can someone please look into this?* I've backed oh so many other publisher Kickstarters/Gamefounds/Backerkits and I've never seen anything like this before.
