Tonight, I filled out my survey, basically just accepting everything that was put into my cart, based on my original pledge. I ended up with $137.13 of shipping and taxes. I processed through that, allowing the system to use the payment method used for the original pledge. What I have not been able to determine, after reading and re-reading the update dealing with the opening of the pledge manager, is WHEN EXACTLY my card will be charged for the total shipping and taxes cost? Is it when each item is shipped within a given wave (i.e. piecemeal)? Is it charged all up front when Wave 1 ships (even if there are items in multiple later waves)? I just want to know when to expect the charge to hit my credit card. Thanks in advance to anyone who has parsed this information !
