For anyone who missed the last update, or missed this part of the last update, the survey/pledge manager has now reopened and will be open until sometime in January 2024! As a reminder for anyone who missed the information, Waves 1&2 are no longer available through the campaign and are not currently slated to be available through the campaign at any point in the future.* Products from Waves 3-5 are now available to add, and only products in Wave 3 will become unavailable in January, leaving you able to get Wave 4&5 items again at a later date. *With that being said: Forgotten Circles (Wave 1) IS still showing as available, for reasons unknown - whether on purpose or in error, I obviously can't say. When reopening the survey, you will be reminded that all Wave 1&2 items are now permanently locked - if you want a refund, you will have to pay a 10% fee for cancelling your items from those waves. If you've changed your mind about wanting any Wave 3-5 items, you will have to contact [email protected] and have them assist you with removing the items that you already paid for at the end of September. Although it doesn't say anything about it, I suspect they'll give you credit if you want to use credit for another product, but you will most likely be charged the 10% fee if you want your money back. Someone from Cephalofair would have to confirm the specifics of that situation. Further information that I can see at first glance: You are no longer able to change your actual pledge level yourself. This affects people who want, for example, the full set of miniatures from Gloomhaven. They will have to manually add those items as add-ons and pay a slightly higher price, despite it being the same product at the end of the day. This may be a limitation of reopening the surveys after having locked them for Waves 1&2. I would imagine (Though I cannot guarantee) that Cephalofair would be willing to help you out in those situations. Those same pledge levels don't appear to be part of the add-ons either - it doesn't look like someone who did Slay a Bug, for example, can go in and grab the full set of minis as an add-on. @Varrath, if possible you might want to suggest that change to someone who can get it done - it's a bit less expensive to the customer, and Cephalofair didn't have anyone in your position at that time to answer the questions that came up regarding this situation. As a final note, after the first time I looked at the reopened survey, it went back to showing that my survey was locked, but I am still free to put add-ons in my cart. I don't know if this is a bug, or if it's because they were previously locked - I suspect it's because they were previously locked, but despite what it says you SHOULD be able to add things as you wish, through to January when it closes. If anyone else spots major differences with the new PM, feel free to chime in and let everyone know what those differences are! I'm only really familiar with the products I was looking at to begin with.
