A 40-piece collection of rubber stamps that will help anyone create a dynamic space scene or maybe just add a little handmade cosmic flair to their projects.
Every piece in this set draws on something real: the banded ring systems of the outer planets, cloud-layered gas giants, historic spacecraft, icy moons, crater fields, comets, and the star-strewn dark between them. fourty original illustrations, each mounted as a deep-cut rubber stamp on a solid wood block.
Now the scene-making starts. Stamp a ringed giant low on the page, scatter a starfield behind it, set a small moon drifting off the edge — every journal spread, envelope, or card can become your own corner of the solar system. Two ink pads are included, so your worlds don't all have to match.

We already have 5 prototype stamps made featuring some of our original art: 2 moons, 2 ring systems, and 1 gas giant! We already have some standard ink pads, and they also sent two prototype opaque stamp pads with the samples.
NOTE: We’re considering offering an opaque ink option for anyone who might want to use them on black paper—because, you know… space. We'll poll on that soon.
Our first sample set of five
The Stamp Rubber This is the best part. You can see the details best in the standard ink examples below. Almost every hairline in the Ganymede stamp is present in the print. You can also clearly see each of Saturn’s rings, and the rubber did not close up on almost any added detail.
On the “wood” side, the image will appear in black. This not only helps you locate a specific feature but also allows you to align your details with the scene you are making. It is easier to center the rings around a planet when you can see where they will "land."
I included the original linework to highlight the detail lost in specific areas. But honestly, the beauty lies in these imperfections. The textures and subtle blotches add to the charm of the final result. Places like Creative Market sell effects and brushes specifically to mimic this look. Clearly, people appreciate it enough to deliberately add it to their work. Especially in the age of AI.
The Standard Ink
Column 1… this is the clear winner to me. Just sharper all-around. The ink is less viscous, so it captures the image without gumming up at the edges.
Opaque Ink Column 2… this is not too bad, really. If your goal is to print on darker paper, I think it's worth having this capability. The ink appears thicker and applies more like paint, so the edges aren't as crisp and are more likely to bleed and smudge a bit. The Ganymede actually looks almost blurry compared to the standard.
This is a mock-up, but I did receive an unprinted prototype that includes a sleeve and tray. The tray slides out easily, and all the blocks fit within a 9x5 space, with the ink stamps stored on the side.
Some of this is still in development, and we will likely vote on the final items, so please look out for those polls. Currently, there are 7 blanks shown below. We will probably vote on 3 of those, and I will create the remaining 4 over the next few days. The plan right now is for the full set to consist of 40 pieces.
We will add an Artemis Expansion Pack with at least 5 new stamps. More modules and astronauts for the upcoming return of humanity to the surface of the Moon!

We will add an Apollo Expansion Pack with at least 5 new stamps. More local space icons like our own Moon, astronauts, and the Apollo CSM, paying tribute to the historic program that took humanity to the surface of another world.

We will add a Soviet Expansion Pack with at least 5 new stamps. This one will be fun. Soviet spacecraft look very different from American ones. Lots to work with, like Vostok, Sputnik, various Venus and moon landers!
Surveys — sent about 3 days after the campaign closes (early October)
Production order placed — late September, as soon as we can project quantities. Manufacturing takes about 3 weeks.
Shipping from the factory — by sea, typically 3–4 weeks door-to-door, including customs
Arrival and fulfillment — sets should reach us in early-to-mid December, with backer orders going out as quickly as we can pack them
A note on holiday delivery: we're aiming for December, but ocean freight and customs mean we can't guarantee pre-Christmas delivery. If you're buying this as a gift, back the project and we'll send you a printable gift card with the artwork so there's something to wrap.
