Sorry for the silence for a week or so,
We are on the way back from Otakon and once we return we will be full on into dragon con prep and also hopefully shipping out our Nessie series 1 orders soon! The orders are all placed and on their way . Dark Ness finally has a completed prototype and he glows in the dark just like his larger counterpart!
We need just around 40 so pre-orders to produce him!

Now it seems I have to reiterate some things regarding pledging and our policies. 

We DO NOT DO REFUNDS! If you have buyers remorse, if you already paid and suddenly need money I’m sorry whatever the reason NO! We don’t have your money we take counts and surveys for a reason and then place production orders. You are preordering and helping us to bring something that doesn’t yet exist into existence! 

I have also posted FAQs and countless updates and policies that go unread, but we also made clear on pay over time folks that you have this option but if you miss a payment or stop payments you do not get your items and any payments already made will be considered donations toward the project. I am not the only one who has specified these policies they are common on many if not just about ALL Indy plush projects! Especially now with the hoops we have to jump through with tariffs and regulations and compliance. 

You also need to remember to update your shipping addresses and keep your card info on backerkit up to date so we can charge shipping when the time comes if you want to receive your items. 

I am a people pleaser and have gone way beyond what most campaigns, I myself have pledged to, but it’s becoming very draining and now taking time away from creating and completing projects and orders, so I can continue to provide our creations to all of you. Please understand we are not a huge corporation. We do not have help, except for a volunteer once in a blue moon, to help with a show here and there. It is just me and my husband. We are doing our best and we are finally getting caught up with things, so please be patient as we do. 

And one last thing.  I am surprised I have to mention this but just in case: 
Once we have shipped your item and it says delivered and you’ve checked with the post office and they confirmed they delivered it, but it isn’t there, it was probably stolen off your porch. We are not in any way responsible for that. Once we ship things out unless some fault of our own with improper labeling or something it is not longer our responsibility.
Please make sure your shipping address
Is a secure location or you are watching the tracking or request signature signing shipment for an extra fee. These are all limited edition items and without a photo to confirm you didn’t get your item if we don’t know you we can’t just ship replacements for free on limited plush that says it was delivered to the address you gave.

I’m sorry to have to post a downer here I get people are all panicking about money and may have changes in situations or finances, but we are not a bank and we are in much worse a situation due to our first campaign and taking loans to cover tariffs to bring all this to life for you all. 

So again, I hope it is clear that we don’t do refunds once orders are charged, it gets wrapped up into production costs.  There will be a future shipping charge, when items are here, and if shipping is not paid you will also be forfeiting your order.

Hello Stressie Besties!

Our series 2 Surveys will start going out! Please keep an eye out your emails for emails from backerkit to keep up with status and what’s going on with this campaign.

It will be a couple months until production can start on these,  until all the pay over time backers have paid, since POT is over half and we don’t have enough otherwise, but we will be keeping the pre-order store open during this time, and prototypes will be finishing on the new stress-ball plush so you have time to swap choices and also add them on before surveys and preorders close! This is also a chance for  those that missed out on the campaign to have a chance to also preorder any of our unlocked products, or help us to unlock “Dark Ness” weighted plush and a new order of “Peppermint Chocness”

Please remember that your charges from initial pledges and POT do NOT include shipping! Shipping will be a separate charge much closer to when fulfillment is happening. Please make sure you keep up to date on our updates, and that your card on file stays current and you let us know if addresses change!

Pay over time:
For those who are pay over time you will get your surveys only after you’ve finished your final payments!

Although we didn’t quite reach the stressie stretch goal,  there is some good news! For those that pledged for the “Four Stressie” tier, Which was only 5 of you, you guys will be able to choose from our series 1 characters! We calculated and we have enough for you small few to choose from them since you chose a higher stress-ball tier as a reward! 

We will be opening the pre-order store soon and surveys will soon be going out for everyone to choose the characters from what we have unlocked! The pre-order store is separate for those that didn’t pledge, or those that want to try and help us still produce some of the items we didn’t reach. We will have a couple mini stretch goal order items. 

Pre-Order Stretch Goals:
How it works is that we set a goal of how many pre-orders we need to reach, and if we reach that number we will make the item! If we DON’T reach enough orders by the time we are ready to close the pre-order store, the item will be removed from your cart and you will not be charged and the item will be cancelled. 

Once I’ve finished setting them all up surveys will be going out where you can choose which items you want from multiple choice on what you pledged for, as well as add-on any additional items you decided you want. 

Please keep an eye on your email throughout the process and make sure all your cards are up to date! You will get your surveys in your email and must fill this out before we can lock your order! 

You will NOT receive your surveys until you have completed your pay over time payments. If you miss a payment or stop paying it is considered a donation and you do not get your items. Make sure you complete your payments! 

It is going to be a couple months before production on this one even starts. Due to the tariffs we are still paying off, and the fact that most orders are Pay over time, we won’t have the funds to start production until those all come through.
Since more than half of our orders are pay over time, production won’t be able to start until after we have been paid by all the POT orders, and lock the pre-order store.
