Tokii and I have been bustling away at order fulfillment and didn't realize that the time to send out these surveys had already come upon us! We apologize for the delay, and will be extending the survey period to September 23rd to make up the difference at which point they'll be locked with a final notice. Following that we'll be locking payments and addresses soon after with notices in between ;>
