I'm getting close to releasing the beta PDF of the game (within the next couple of weeks, I hope). As always, my insistence on tweaking layouts and refusing to release anything until it feels like it is exactly what I want the game to be gets in the way of my timelines. I know this is frustrating, but thank you for your patience. Every game I create involves many iterations and playtests and this can often be a fuzzy area when timelines are involved. Needless to say, we are close.
So, on that note, whilst I finish up the layouts, I'd also like some feedback on my choices for the cover. I'm putting my choices up to vote by you, my community - which feels very apt for this game.
There is a poll attached to this update, and I am happy to get your general feedback in either the poll comments or the comments right here; I will monitor both.
So, below are the two covers that appear on the poll, as well as the endpaper which the cover opens up to (this isn't done to influence you one way or another, rather than to give you a sense of the aesthetic I am trying to achieve.
