I have two different ideas that I like for the Headlands. I'm not thinking so much about nature but taking the name more literally. My first idea is one of those campuses around someplace like Silicone Valley for knowledge workers. A natural area for relaxation along with ruins of a workplace littered with computer equipment, conference rooms, break rooms, and recreation areas. My second idea is taking that even further and moving to a headspace/dreamworld where old ideas and inventions are intermixed with a natural setting.
