What is your refund policy? 🤔

Accepted Answer

We offer an 85% refund for requests made after the campaign ends, as we are unable to recover certain costs. This includes BackerKit fees, payment processing fees, merchant provider fees, and the time and resources already invested in bringing this project to life.
Once the shipping process has begun, refunds will no longer be available. However, if you experience any issues with your game upon receiving it, please contact us—we will cover the cost of replacement components or even a full replacement copy if necessary. We want to ensure you have the best experience with our game!

How will shipping be handled? 📤

Shipping costs will be collected after the campaign concludes during the Pledge Manager timeline section. This approach allows us to calculate more accurate rates based on your location and ensure the best delivery options.

What materials is the game made of? 🎲

Our game is made with high-quality materials, including:
-Terrain tiles, Hot Baths, and Fruit tokens: High-density cardboard.
-Cards: Standard-size cards (310gsm Black core card)
-Capybara figurines: Durable acrylic standees.
-Die: Wood. (Round corners) 
We carefully selected these materials to ensure a premium feel and a great gaming experience.

Why capybaras? 🥭

Capybaras are not only adorable and social animals, but they also play a unique role in nature.🍌  In Cute and Aggressive, we aim to highlight the importance of wildlife conservation and bring visibility to these amazing animals through our games. 🌳

For this one, we designed the game to reflect their natural behaviors, incorporating fruits they actually eat in the wild. 🥭Each fruit illustration in the game includes its natural growth environment, showing the trees and plants where these fruits originate.

We believe it’s possible to create a fun experience while also educating players about capybaras and their ecosystem.  👓 And we intent to keep doing this with future games (that hopefully are coming preeeetty soon 🫣).

Will there be expansions? 🚨

Yes! In addition to the expansion featured in this campaign, we have already developed two extra expansions:
- 🤖 Capyverse: A new dimension where capybaras explore different realities.
- 💸 Capybaralism: A world where capybaras develop their own structured society and economy.

We plan to launch another BackerKit campaign to bring these expansions to life, which is why we need your support! By backing this game and sharing it with friends and family, you help us continue expanding the Cute and Aggressive universe.
