Project Update: CORRECTION to shipment update

I'm so sorry you guys. The Softcover version of Can You See Them? has NOT shipped yet. So all orders that include the softcover version, tiered or add-on, are not shipping right now. We'll let you know as soon as we can when those are going out.

Also, any orders with the GM Screen have also not shipped because the screen isn't ready yet!

Again, apologies. If you need help with any PDFs that should have dropped, or orders that should have shipped, email me at [email protected].

Project Update: What's shipped and what hasn't

Hey! A lot of you have been asking for a clear list of what has been fulfilled, what orders have shipped, and what orders people are still waiting for. Here it is!

Published and shipped:
  • Can You See Them PDF
  • Can You See Them Hardcover
  • Horror Core Rulebook - Slasher Mag Variant
  • The Diner Softcover

We are shipping every order whole, not broken up, so if you got more than these items, we haven't shipped yours yet!

That means the PDF, Hardcover, CYST-Horror, and Diner+Horror+Rulebook tiers should all be in your hands.  If we've missed you, send an email to [email protected] and include:
  • The email you used to pledge
  • Your current shipping address
  • What you're missing (whole order or parts of order)

Currently in production:
  • Can You See Them? Softcover
  • The Arcade PDF
  • The Arcade Softcover
  • Xanthophobia PDF and Hardcover (both editions)
  • VHS Boxed Sets, including all dice, cards, pins, and other accessories
  • GM Screens

Tiers still in production are VHS Box, Softcover, VHS Collector's, Deluxe Book Set and All-In.
That means if Arcade, Xanth, CYST Soft, GM Screen or any version of VHS is included in your order, we haven't shipped your order yet. We don't have an ETA yet, but everything is in active fulfillment at this time.

This is a reminder to send your new addresses if you've moved! Email [email protected] with the email you used to pledge and your new address.

Project Update: Quick Update per Dave

Heya!

I have a brief update per Dave:
As of Jan 6th, the estimated date of the Xanth and Arcade PDFs is the end of January. A bonus Colonial Horror-based adventure is also planned. As of Jan 10th, outstanding shipments are estimated to begin in February.
As of today these are still the current targets, but are subject to change if something goes awry.

I don't currently have any other dates, or specifics on individual items. If you are missing any items that have already been dropped, email me at [email protected] and I'll help you out!

More updates as info comes in. Thanks everyone!

Project Update: General questions, address changes, order and access issues

Edit: I can help everyone with past shipments and missing items, but do NOT currently have hard dates on when certain rewards will ship. Dave generally updates as soon as he has those dates!

Project Update: I'm back! Please email me for info!

Hey all! Bree here. I am back from maternity leave and ready to take your questions. I do see a lot of concern regarding shipments - email me at [email protected] with your inquiries, including tracking info! Please include the email address you used to pledge so I can confirm I've found you. The full name you used to back is also helpful. 

If you have received your order and are missing items, let me know what you haven't received (via email) and I'll look into it. If your order includes the Arcade and VHS versions, we haven't shipped to you yet. On that note, please get those address changes in if you haven't!

Sorry for the delays everyone! Do keep in mind that I am playing catch up, so replies may be slower than usual, but I WILL get back to you, I promise! Thanks so much for your patience and support!
